Velma Thomas, 74, a resident of Albuquerque for 50 years, passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2001. Velma is survived by her husband, Harold Thomas of Albuquerque; daughter Vickie Rogers of Albuquerque; grandson, Michael Rogers; two great-grandchildren, Kelsey and Hunter; brother-in-law, Elton Thomas and wife Gale of Albuquerque; and numerous nieces and nephews.
