Obituary for O'farrell

Robert H. O'Farrell, 80, a resident of Albuquerque since 1983, died on Saturday, July 14, 2001. He is survived by his wife, Rose Anne O'Farrell; daughters, Patricia Goetzinger and husband, James of Pojoaque and Cathy Irwin and husband, Paul of Cheyenne, WY; son, Tim O'Farrell and wife, Phylis of Auroa, IL; granddaughters, Janet Wallace and husband, Sam of Colorado Springs, CO, Cheryl Shelton and husband, Ken of Colorado Springs, CO and Jennifer O'Farrell of Seattle, WA; grandsons, Sean O'Farrell of Longview, WA and Zachary Irwin of Cheyenne, WY and great-grandson, Christopher Shelton of Colorado Springs, CO. Robert was a veteran of World War II and was an Bombader Gunner on B-24's. He served in the Air Force for 20 years retiring in 1963 as SMSG. A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 18, 2001, 9:00 a.m. at Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. N.E. Burial of cremains to follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, 4301 Brynmawr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107 or the Boys and Girls Town, 14100 Crawford St., Boys Town, NE 68010.
