Oma Racheal Pulliam died on June 23, 2001 in Rio Rancho, NM. She was born in 1913 in Corbin, KY and had lived in Truth or Consequences, NM where she worked as a nurse at St. Ann's Hospital before retiring and moving to Rio Rancho 15 years ago. She was preceded in death by her husband, Loyce Pulliam in 1971; by a daughter, Willa Chavez in 1984; and by a son, Boyd Teague in 1990. She is survived by a daughter, Lois Lopez and husband, John of McIntosh, NM; and by six grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren. Private Family Services will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5800 Lomas Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
