Victor Tesillo, 53, was called home to be with the Lord, June 16, 2001. Victor was born in Artesia, NM on March 6, 1948. He is preceded in death by his son, Victor Tesillo Jr. and father, Emilio Tesillo. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Prudencia "Dee Dee" Tesillo; sons, Adrian Tesillo, Raymond Tesillo, Armando Tesillo, and step-son, Robert Armijo; mother, Felicita Carrasco; also surviving brothers, Joe Tesillo and wife, Denise, JR Carrasco and wife, Eva, David Carrasco, Enrique Carrasco and wife, Rosanne; sisters, Marie "Tina" Ortega and husband, Frank Moya, Jenny Salinas, Vangie Gonzales, Yolanda Perez, Elva Gutierrez, Veronica Tesillo, and Mary Ruiz and husband, Gabe. He will be greatly missed by his loving family. Visitations will be Wednesday evening June 20, 2001 in the 8th Street Chapel of Garcia Mortuary from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. also in the Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday morning June 21, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Tesillo, JR Carrasco, Enrique Carrasco, Gabe Ruiz, Lucas Armijo, and Robert Armijo. Honorary Pallbearer will be Mark Tesillo.
