Doris A. Downer, 88, a resident of Albuquerque since 1990, died Monday, June 18, 2001. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Joa and husband, William, of Rockville Centre, NY; grandson, William A. Joa and wife, Beth, great grandchildren, Katherine Joa and Thomas Joa all of Vienna, VA; sister, Patricia A. Patterson and husband, Bill, of Albuquerque and brother, George R. Armstrong of Sandia Park, NM. Mrs. Downer is formerly of Portland, OR. Cremation has taken place and private family services are planned. Arrangements by French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE.
