Mr. Eddy (Pito) Candelaria, 60, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on September 1, 2001. Mr. Candelaria is survived by his mother, Julia Garcia; three sisters, Pita Candelaria, Teresa Torres and husband, Enrique, and Frances Candelaria; one aunt, Candy Apodaca; two nephews, Bobby Marquez and Enrique Torres III; two nieces, Angela Torres and Christina Torres; two cousins, Amanda Marquez, and Anthony Marquez; special friends, Garrito Moya, Shorty Chavez, and Rabs; and many other cousins and friends. A visitation will be Tuesday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Wednesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Funeral Service at 10:00 a.m., Pastor Pablo Lucero officiating. Interment will follow at the Santa Clara Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Bobby Marquez, Enrique Torres, Enrique Torres III, Gilbert Chavez and Johnny Gallegos.
