Dionel G. Sandoval, 67, resident of Bernalillo NM, died October 3, 2001, born October 28, 1933 in Pena Blanca, NM. Preceded in death by parents, Bonifacio and Avelina Sandoval. Survived by wife, Josephine Sandoval; children, Joseph Sandoval, Christopher Sandoval, Angela Sandoval; grandchildren, Katelyn Sandoval, Aaron Sandoval, Monique Martinez, Christopher Martinez, Jessica Martinez; siblings, Oliver Sandoval, Marcella Johnson, Enedina Baca, David Sandoval. He served in the US Navy during the Korean conflict and was a City of Albuquerque firefighter for 27 years. Rosary will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows in Bernalillo at 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 5, 2001. Funeral will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 6, 2001.
