Obituary for Mook

Jeanne Mook nee Cunningham, 71, of Redlands, CA., passed away Saturday, January 20, 2001, one week before her 72nd birthday on January 27th, after a long struggle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Walter Mook of Redlands, Ca.; daughter, Pamela Foley and husband, Michael of Simi Valley, Ca.; sons, Robert Mook and wife, Christie of Santa Monica, Ca., and Dr. Kenneth Mook, wife, Charisse; and three grandchildren of Louisville, Ky. She is also survived by sisters, Arlene Vath of Albuquerque and Joanne White and husband, James of Corona, Ca.; brothers, Lee Cunningham and wife, Jimmie of Albuquerque and George Cunningham and wife, Evelyn of Sun Valley, Ca.; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Thelma Cunningham of Albuquerque. Jeanne was a former resident of Albuquerque and graduated from A.H.S. in 1947. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church and Wesley Club of Albuquerque. In Redlands, she was active in The Iris Society, Garden Club, D.A.R. and Humane Association. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, January 25, 2001 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church, 51 West Olive Ave., Redlands, CA. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Animal Humane Association in Jeanne's name.
