Obituary for Adams

Roy W. Adams, 78, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died at his residence on Friday, January 19, 2001. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Marie W. Adams; five children; sons, Jim R. Adams, John R. Adams, and Bill W. Adams; daughters, Betty Town Stroud and Judy Gius Travis, all of Albuquerque; sister, Mable Galusha of Seattle, WA; ten grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Roy was a member of IBEW, Local 611, for 50 years. Dad, grandpa, we love you and will miss you. Services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE. with Rev. Clyde Stanfield officiating. Interment will take place at 1:30 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE, Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
