Thomas Fred Garcia, born in Clayton, NM on November 18, 1935 to Rafael and Eva (Elkins) Garcia, passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2001. He is survived by his parents, Rafael and Eva; sisters, Louise Vigil and husband, Dick and Ruby Valdez and husband, John; brothers, Bob Garcia and wife, Belinda and Michael Garcia and wife, Tommie; nieces, Linda Gonzales and husband, David and Robin Garcia; nephews, Larry Pena and wife, Carole, Luther Garcia, Michael Garcia Jr. and Steven Garcia and wife, Jerriann; great-neices, Bernadette Gonzales, Katarina Garcia and Claire and Ellie Pena; great-nephews, David Gonzales, Michael Garcia III, Jeffrey Pena and Caesar and Jake Garcia. Tom was a printer in the Albuquerque area for over 40 years and had retired in November 1998. Cremation has taken place and interment of cremains will be held Monday, April 16, at 1:00 p.m., at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Friends may visit the family at 337 Altez NE.
