ANAYA, DENNIS MARTIN Dennis--our son, our brother, our uncle--today is one year and yet it seems like yesterday. We loved you in life as we love you in death. We see you in everything every single day and we are brought to tears. We miss your smile, your laugh, your humor, your companionship, and your conversation. Those who truly loved you in life knew that beneath the storm you were a most wonderful of men. You were so many things to so many people and now we must just live without you day in and day out. "Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free. I took God's hand when I heard him call, I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day, to laugh, to love, to work, or play. My life was full, I savored much. So be not burdened with times of sorrow. I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. Lift up your hearts and peace to thee, God wanted me now, He set me free." Dennis, We Love You and Miss You Very Much. Our loss is deep. Your Loving Family--Mom, Dad, Carolyn, Dana, Adan, Adrianna and Isaac.

I never got to tell you how much you mean to me, or that you were the best dad, better than any man could be. The last time that I talked to you I wish I would have known I would have said I love you more, an kept you on the phone. If I only had five minutes the night you passed away, I'd give you one last hug so tight, and see your great big smile. I'd tell you that I don't think I could live without you, not even for a while. I'd kiss your cheek and take your hand, and tell you it's okay to go, and tell you that I'll miss you, more than you'll ever know. But you were gone so quickly, we'd take one last car ride, one last walk, one last talk, we'd have one last.... Before you even knew it, you were standing at Heaven's gate, and now God has called upon you, to enjoy all of Heaven's beautiful things. So wait for me in Heaven Dad, don't let me arrive alone, the day the angels come for me, please be there to bring me home.
