ABEITA, STEVEN F. Age 66, of Albuquerque, passed Tuesday, April 16, 2013. He is survived by wife, Roseanne Abeita; daughters, Deborah Lee, Sheri Lee Red Shirt, Victoria Abeita, and Stephanie Abeita; sons, Abel Abeita and Jered Lee; ten grandchildren; sisters, Josie, Laura, Pam and Grace; brothers, Lewis and Frederick Jr. He was a Laguna Pueblo Tribal member and a US Army Vietnam Veteran. ALMASI, HAROLD M. Age 93, of Los Alamos, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2013 at Aspen Ridge Lodge. He was a longtime resident of the Chicago area and serviced the city as a truck driver. He served in the Army as Staff Sergeant in Alaska and Europe during World War II. He is survived by his daughter, Kathleen (Peterson) of Orland Park, IL; his son, Michael (Faith) of Abiquiu, NM; brother, Richard (Jean) Almasi; sisters-in-law, Rose Almasi and Frances Chiarelli. He is grandfather of Amanda, Annie (Dave) Gerlach, and Eric (Kathy) Almasi. He is great-grandfather to Joshua and Ryleigh Almasi and Skylar Gerlach. He is uncle to many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Mary; his wife of 61 years, Catherine (Mangan); son-in-law, Donald Peterson; brother, Ray Almasi; and sister, Irene (Scott). BABCOCK, SHARI J. Age 60, of Rio Rancho, NM passed away in her home on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. Shari was born on August 11, 1952 in Keokuk, IA. She was the second child and youngest daughter to Richard Simmons and Lois Scott. After the passing of her father Richard in 1961, her mother Lois married C.M. Jackson of Keokuk, IA. After graduating from Keokuk High School, Shari moved out to Albuquerque, NM with her older sister Jennifer Simmons. She later graduated from DeWitt Beauty College with her Certificate of Cosmetology. Shari later worked as a bookkeeper for Heights General Hospital, St. Joseph's Hospital, and St. Vincent's Hospital. At St. Vincent's she was promoted to Payroll Supervisor, earning her degree as a Certified Payroll Professional. Shari was a member of the United Methodist Church in Rio Rancho, NM. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Shari is survived by: husband, Steve Babcock of Rio Rancho, NM; sister, Jennifer Simmons of Albuquerque, NM; son, Steven Babcock and wife, Rebekah of San Jose, CA; three amazing grandchildren, Alannah, Scott, and Brayden Babcock of San Jose, CA; father-in-law, Clyde Babcock of Albuquerque, NM; three brothers-in-law; one sister-in-law; two nephews and a niece; several great nephews and nieces. BACA, MARCIMILIANO PASTOR of Restoration Ministries Church, Retired Command Sergeant Major New Mexico National Guard, Retired KAFB, passed away on April 17, 2013. Marci was a loving husband to wife, Dinah Sanchez Baca. He has four children, Linda Darlene Pohl, Joyce Baca Arroyo and her husband, Bill, Kenneth Allen Baca; son, Paul who is in heaven waiting for him; nine grandchildren, Kristopher Pohl and his wife, Julie, Jennifer McKenna and her husband, Basil, Melinda Nyguen and her husband, Devin, Katerina, Emalee and Erica Arroyo, Justin Baca, Alma, Reyna and Kenny Allen Baca; four great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Frankie and Janelle Pohl and Aliyah Nyguen. BLATCH, HAROLD E., JR. Loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, age 82, passed away Monday, April 15, 2013. He was born on November 1, 1930 to Harold E. and Klyne (Murray) Blatch, Sr. of in Oakland, CA. He had lived the past six years in the Albuquerque and Corrales area. Mr. Blatch had, also lived in the California cities of San Francisco, Daly City, and Vallejo. He retired from the City of San Francisco, CA where he worked as a bus and trolley driver. He, also earned his pilot's license and loved to fly to many different places. Mr. Blatch was preceded in death by a son, Richard Danvers, in 1989. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Miroslava (Kreysa) Blatch, of Corrales, NM; children, Shirley Blatch of San Francisco, CA, Eva Blatch-Aguilar and husband, Pablo, of Corrales, NM, and Patricia Paz and husband, Joseph, of Corrales, NM; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and sisters, Kay Anderson and Betty Belmain. BROWN, AUDIE MAE of Mountainair, NM, died on the evening of April 16, 2013 at the age of 95. Born in Oklahoma on June 4th, 1917 to parents Lily and Marvin Watts, Audie was a very spiritual, hard-working and loving soul throughout her entire life. During her lifetime, Audie owned her own restaurant, cooked for the JobCorps and in her later years quilted and donated handmade blankets to the Veterans of America. She enjoyed baking, cooking, quilting, and spending time with friends and family most. Audie lived most of her life in Torrance County, living over 50 years in Mountainair. Audie is survived by her daughter, Sherryl Brown and her husband Seth; sisters Inez Baker and Thelma Berryman; three grandchildren, Mark Pachta, Ashley Davey, and Raechell Brown; and three great-grandchildren, Taylor Davey, Christian Pachta, and Chase Dornan; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her husband Elzie Brown and her daughter Armatha Lillian Pachta. Funeral Services will be held in Mountainair at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary on Monday, April 22nd at 2:oopm. BUTLER, LORETTA M. Age 88, went home to be with our Lord on April 13, 2013. Born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA to Alfred and Irene Mut. Loretta was a longtime resident of Pennsville, NJ and then Rio Rancho, NM. She was preceded in death by her parents; her five brothers and sister; and her loving husband of 56 years, Erwin D. Butler. She is survived by her sons, Denver Ray Mut of Cresson, TX, Donald Lee Butler and wife, Debbie of Port Deposit, MD, and Mark Butler and wife, Cecilia of Rio Rancho, NM; and grandchildren, Brandon Butler of Port Deposit, MD, Nikkie Coetzee and husband, Divan of Stamford, CT, and Lucas Butler of Durango, CO. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and was blessed with the gift of southern hospitality. She was also a lifelong and active member of the Methodist church, and took joy in serving God and serving others. She will be missed by her family and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 26, 2013, 11:00 a.m., at FRENCH - Westside, followed by a reception in the FRENCH - Westside Reception Hall. CALKINS, CDR. DONALD L, U.S.N. RET. Age 83, a resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, April 18 2013. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Valerie M Calkins; sons Andrew Calkins (Pamela) of Portland, OR and David Calkins (Kimberly) of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Logan, Ryan and Emma; brother, John R. Calkins and many family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Norman and Annabel Calkins; and brothers, Robert and Fred Calkins. He was an active member of Christ United Methodist Church. Donald served our country honorably for 29 years before retiring in 1978. He graduated from Otterbein College in 1952 and was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy. He received his aviator wings in 1955 and the next few years he was flying everywhere and anywhere. He deployed twice on the USS Bon Homme Richard with squadrons VA 126 and VA 125. Later, he trained pilots as a flight instructor in Mississippi for three years before serving with COMNAVAIRLANT as a nuclear weapons safety officer. In 1968, he deployed on the USS Independence during which time he met his wife Valerie in Malta and they were married a year later. He spent the next four years with CINCPAC in Hawaii before moving to New Mexico in 1974 to join the Defense Nuclear Agency. After retiring he stayed active by taking up computer programing and being very involved in local political campaigns. CHISHOLM, PAUL GREY (USN) Age 58, passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2013. He was known by most as Capt. Grey Chisholm. Most recently Grey was a Master of the USNS Waters, a Special Mission Vessel alternatiing between the Atlantic and Pacific. Grey was born in Fresno, CA on February 19, 1955, to Lenard and Phyllis Mendez. Grey is survived by his wife of 22 years, Michele A. Chisholm; his parents, Hap and Phyl Chisholm; his brother Mark and niece Christie and nephew Michael; his brother Jesse and his wife Alex and nieces Chrissy and Suzette; his sister Jennie and her husband and daughter; his brother Matt and his wife Storrie and niece Alissa and Storrie's son Ryan; and by many cousins and dear friends across the country. Besides being mariner, Grey was a talented artist and he mad marvelous metal rings and belt buckles based on the intricate knots of the sea and from his Scottish heritage. Grey was an adventurer, a raconteur, an expert in solar and wind power, a beekeeper, a volunteer firefighter and a "can do" person who could fix anything and would drop everything to help anyone in need. CROWELL, GEORGE WILSON (aka GEORGE WILSON), age 83, passed away of congestive heart failure at his Albuquerque home on April 10, 2013, peacefully surrounded by family. George was born in Katonah, New York on June 18, 1929. After a brief career playing in the Philadelphia Phillies baseball system, he began a legendary, award-winning, coast-to-coast radio career that spanned five decades, more widely recognized by his 'air-name', George Wilson. Rising from disc jockey to program director, he won two awards as National Program Director of the Year for his creative success at Bartell Broadcasting in the 1970's, and then as President of Bartell was honored as Radio Executive of the Year. George will be remembered locally for his 1992-1997 radio show on KIVA, and for Memory Tunes, the Internet radio station he founded in 2009. George is survived (at last count) by his nine children; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and his loving wife Jackie. George will be dearly missed by all who knew him. He was a man who changed the world, one person at a time. Memorial Services, to be held at California's Santa Anita Park, are not yet scheduled.

Lenore was a resident of Albuquerque for nine years, and of Los Alamitos, California for the previous 40 years. She was preceded in death by sister Simi of Norwhich, Connecticut. DOAK, DON W. Age 82, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013. He was born in Kokomo, Indiana on March 10, 1931. Don graduated Kokomo High School in 1949 and on December 29, 1950 married Nancy Goudy. He served in the USAF from November 1950 and was Honorably Discharged in September 1954. He attended Indiana/Purdue University between 1954 - 1958 and graduated with honors. Don reported to work at Sandia National Labs in July of 1958 and retired December 31, 1994. He had a love of music and played clarinet in high school band. He had many interests which included restoring a 1931 Model A Coupe and many years as a member of Paco Quatros Model A Club. He also built a wonderful cabin in Jemez mountains with the help and support of many friends and family members. He gave it up when altitude made breathing too difficult. He built a dream home in the foothills of Sandia's, then that altitude again made breathing a chore. His final home was in Bernalillo, NM. About as low as you can get and stay in the State he loved. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy; his children, William, Jon and his wife Deb, Dinora, Tom, Julie and her husband Steve Emery; grandchildren Sterling, Griffin, Bryce, Chase, George, Matthew Doak, Jacob, Emily, Anna, Joseph Weidinger and Quinton Landrum; brother, Stanley Doak. DURAN, FRED E. A beloved husband, father and grandpa went to be with the Lord on April 11, 2013. Born in Gallup NM July 13,1940, he is survived by his wife of 47 years Lucina Rubalcaba Duran; four children; nine grandchildren and four great-grand children. FAULKNER, GARY KEITH Age 76, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, ended his valiant fight with cancer on April 17, 2013. Born in Clovis, New Mexico on October 20, 1936, Gary moved to Albuquerque in 1947 and graduated from Highland High School in 1954. Nicknamed "The Flattop King", Gary partnered with his father Nolan, in owning Faulkner's Barber Shops in Albuquerque since the early 1940's, until his father's death in 1977. Gary barbered by himself for 58 years until he closed his last shop in November 2012. Ever responsible and loyal to his long time clients, he would undertake the painful and ill suffering treatments, then return to finish his work. Gary had some of the same clients and their families for over three generations. Gary also served in the New Mexico Army National Guard for 10 years and was an avid bowler who was inducted into the New Mexico Bowling Association Hall of Fame. He was preceded in death by his father, Nolan Faulkner, mother, Hulda McConnell Faulkner, and his sister Janet Yvonne Faulkner. He is survived by this wife of 36 years, Marianna Gallegos Faulkner, loving father of two sons, Joseph Faulkner of Albuquerque, Thomas and Nicki Faulkner of Berlin, Wisconsin, grandchildren Benjamin, Olivia, and Nolan; sister, Patricia and Mick Pendergist of Canyon Lake, Texas and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

FITZGERALD, EDWARD Born May 14, 1923 in Bisbee Arizona he has gone to be with the Lord on April 16, 2013. Ed was preceded in death by his brother, George Fitzgerald and son-in-law James Hardie. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Virginabelle Dexter Fitzgerald; brother, Robert Fitzgerald and wife Babs; sister, Ruth Fitzgerald Stelzner and husband Richard; daughters, Jeanabelle Hardie, Debora Ann Wagstaff and husband Robert, Mary Fitzgerald Salas and husband Paul; grandsons, John and Thomas Hardie, Edward Michael, Kenneth Nelson and wife Chasidy; granddaughters, Virginia Marie Humann, Jessica Stock, Megan Christina Fitzgerald and fiancee Jeremy Garcia. Ed was blessed to be a great-grandfather of eight great-grandchildren, Tyler, Tyson and Hunter Hardie, James Dylan Robinson, Savannah Jean Humann, Kenneth Franklin, Paxton Cole and Jace Kenneth Nelson. Ed lived a wonderful and active life. His family moved to Long Beach, CA in 1938, Ed volunteered for a six year enlistment with the US Navy in 1942, and made it his career retiring in 1965 as a Chief Petty Officer. His entire military service was spent in Naval Aviation. He formally retired in 1990 after 15 addition years of Civil Service. He relocated from Thousand Oaks CA in 2011 to Rio Rancho NM to be with his family. Ed lived an extraordinary life and passed away at peace with his family by his side. FLOYD, SYBIL DEVORE passed away on April 13, 2013 in Farmington. She was a resident of Albuquerque from 1957 to 2012. Sybil was born in Peason, Louisiana in 1918 and married Ray Floyd in Chicago in 1942. She is survived by her children, Judith, Mark and Anne; grandchildren, Anthony, Sean, Trista and Jesse; and great-grandchildren, Jesse, Casey, Christian, Amanda and Ashley. FOLEY, ELIZABETH F. Age 89, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2013. GARCIA, CHRISTOPHER ROBERT Age 39, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque and Sandia Park, New Mexico passed away April 12, 2013. Chris was born and raised in Sandia Park where he owned the family home on Valle Escondido Road. He attended Albuquerque Academy and University of New Mexico. Chris was an IT specialist for Intuit in Rio Rancho/Tucson, Lucent Technologies and Avaya Corp. in Tucson and Denver. GUTIERREZ, FRANK JR. Age 89, a WWII Army and Merchant Marine Veteran, born in DelAgua, CO, and later a resident of Albuquerque, went home to be with our Lord, Thursday, April 18, 2013. He is survived by wife of 67 years, Edwina Gutierrez; son Pete (Ernie) and wife Maxine Gutierrez; daughter, Margaret and husband Jeff Wenker; son Freddie and wife Maria Gutierrez; mother-in-law Maria Metzgar (105 yrs old); brother and sister Ray and Jennie Gutierrez; grandchildren, Renee, Victor, Melanie, Valerie, Martin, Nicole, Angel and Jessica: and seventeen great-grandchildren. HILL, OLLIE A longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away April 1, 2013 after a long and courageous battle with COPD. She was born in Silver City on December 15, 1928. She is survived by son Tony Hill and wife Kris; three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren, all of Pennsylvania; sister Joey van Sanford of Albuquerque; two nephews and a niece. Ollie will be remembered as a genuine lady with a huge heart and great work ethic. She will be deeply missed. Ollie selflessly donated her body to medical research. KINSEY, JOE EARL Age 85, a resident of Albuquerque since 1948, died Friday, April 19, 2013. He is survived by his son, David Kinsey and his wife, Joy; his daughters, Judy Whiteside and her husband, Tom and Becky Lindley and her husband, Michael; grandchildren, Shawn Lindley and his wife, Tessa Jaramillo and Kevin Lindley and his wife, Molly; great-grandchildren, Charles Lindley, Ashlee Jaramillo, Aurora Lindley and Lily Lindley; sisters, Mary Reed and Jean Fling and her husband, Jim. Joe was an Army veteran who served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam. Joe served as scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 386, worked as the manager of New Car Make Ready at Rich Ford and was a long-standing member of Asbury United Methodist Church. He loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed many fishing and camping trips with his son and grandsons. During his retirement, he was an avid rock-hound and enjoyed traveling with his good friend, Darlene Holliday. Maud was a resident of Santa Fe until 2007 when she moved to Las Colinas Retirement Community. She is survived by her son, Tito O. Madrid and wife Patricia of Albuquerque, NM, grandchildren, Jeff A. Madrid of Seattle, WA., her great grandchildren Ava and Oliver Madrid, her brother Luis Griego and wife Juanita of Dixon, Sister-in-law Helen Vialpando and husband Clovis of Toole, UT and many other family and friends. Mrs. Madrid was preceded in death by her loving husband Tito, her parents and her brother Willie. Maud was an active member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Santa Fe, serving as an Elder, Deacon, singing in the choir, leading bible study and was a founding member of the Ladies Worship Group. She also volunteered with the St Vincent Hospital Auxiliary for over 40 years. While her time was brief at Las Colinas, she was very active as a member of the Red Hat Society, facility ambassador and led the birthday and new resident welcoming committee. Don was preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Rose Mangino; and one brother, Michael Mangino. He was born in 1935 in Pueblo, CO and graduated from Raton High School. Don attended the State Police Academy in 1961, becoming a New Mexico State Police Officer for 13 years. He then worked for Kaiser Steel in the coal mines before becoming a Deputy Sheriff in San Juan County from which he retired. Don was a loving husband, father, and brother and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. MARTINEZ, LIVIA ELIA DE SOCORRO MAGNON Age 97, died on April 16, 2013. Friends, relatives & acquaintances loved Livia and to her no one was a stranger. She and her husband loved to take vacations to Canada, Spain and Portugal. She was a prolific and dedicated card writer. She was a loving and caring wife and a great role model for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was also an active member of Our Lady of Annunciation Church. During WWII, Livia, her sister and their mother were grand hostesses for aviation cadets from Latin America and the United States who came to San Antonio to be trained as pilots. Her mother's home was the social center of San Antonio, TX. The Black and White Ball, which was the social event of the year in San Antonio, was sponsored for Selene Club, which Livia was President of for several years. It was at the Black and White Ball, the purpose of which was to promote international relations between Mexico and the United States, where Livia met the love of her life, Eloy, a United States Army 2nd Lieutenant. Livia and Eloy were married for 64 years at the time of Eloy's death. Livia is preceded in death by her husband, Eloy Martinez; her sister, Jessie Magnon; and her brothers, George Magnon, Bernard Magnon and Louis Magnon. She is survived by her sisters, Lucha Rojas and Lupita Barnes; her two sons, Carlos and Roberto Martinez and their wives, Lupe and Janice; her grandchildren, Carlos Eloy, Maria Ysabel, Lyndsay, Ruben, Chelsea and Francisco; and her great-grandchildren, Diego, Cairo, and Milo. MAYER, JOHANNES Age 53, of Albuquerque, died during the evening of March 29, 2013 at his home. He was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on March 23, 1960, and later raised in Laramie, Wyoming and Annville, Pennsylvania. He worked as a telecommunications specialist, a programmer analyst, and as an applied mathematician. His education included a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics from Lebanon Valley College in Annville, Pennsylvania awarded in 1981, and two years of graduate studies in mathematics at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa completed in 1983. He is survived by his son Alexander of Erie, Pennsylvania; daughter Tatiana Spencer of Niles, Ohio; brothers Fred Mayer of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Mark Mayer of Brattleboro, Vermont; his sister Agnes Mikijaniec of Brattleboro, Vermont; and his step-mother Heidrun Mayer of Brattleboro, Vermont. A private family memorial will be held this spring. Johannes, always called Hans by those he knew, had a brilliant mind and was widely admired for his ability to rapidly solve highly technical problems in a variety of domains. As a child he thrashed his brothers in countless games of chess. He was also a gifted astronomer, and recently fell in love with the glorious, star-strewn skies above Taos, New Mexico. During recent months he gave a sublime gift to his older brother by conveying the conceptual geometry required to build software capable of calculating sky coordinates of our Sun's yearly analemma for observers located anywhere on Earth. He suffered many hard setbacks during his life including the loss of his ex-wife, mother, and younger brother Nicholas. His own personal struggles lasted for many years and ultimately led to his untimely passing. His suffering has ended. May he rest in peace forever.

MORRIS, JAMES DONALD "JIM" passed away in Mesa, Arizona on April 13, 2013. Born to John C. Morris and Evelyn Gall Morris, Jim arrived on June 13, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois. Jim was proud of his military service and retired a Master Sergeant in the Air Force, also a retired Radar Technician for FAA. Jim was passionate about square dancing and was a square dance caller for 35 years. He also loved golfing and woodworking. He met and married his wife June Carnahan in Las Cruces, New Mexico; they were married May 25, 1984. They celebrated 29 wonderful years together. Jim will be dearly missed. NORDYKE, MARYANN ZINN born in Indianapolis, Indiana, and a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away on April 7, 2013. She graduated Cum Laude from Western Women's College, and also attended Goucher College. Maryann was a patron of the arts and throughout her life contributed greatly to her community. Locally, she was very active with Planned Parenthood, with the Magnifico Board; she was a docent at the Museum of Natural History and the Albuquerque Museum of Art. Maryann had several articles published in magazines such as the Lapidary Journal; most recently she contributed to the anthology: Turning Points in Women's Lives. She wrote for the La Vida Llena newsletter and loved playing bridge with her dear friends. Maryann designed and created jewelry with her husband. These original creations were featured in several art shows here in Albuquerque and also in Santa Fe. Maryann was a longtime member of the Junior League, the Assistance League, and was a Docent at the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. Maryann passed away eleven days after her beloved husband, Bill Nordyke. It is believed by her family that she died of a broken heart. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Nordyke of Albuquerque; her daughter, Cathy Nordyke and her son-in-law, Don McAlister of Eugene, Oregon; and her grandchildren, Jesse Nordyke, Miria Thurmond, Chelsea McAlister, and Amber McAlister. PORTZ, BARBARA JUNE Age 80, departed this life on April 13, 2013. She was born in Ann Arbor, MI, daughter of George D. and June (Hoagland) Ward. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Alex T. Portz; three children, Linda Wirth, Mark Wirth and Ward Wirth; four grandchildren, Sandra Madden, Jill Chou, Steven Wirth and Wendy Rose Wirth; sister-in-law Hilda (Mast) Ward; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. After graduating from Ann Arbor High School she married Jack Wirth with whom she spent one and a half years at a US Army base in Liverpool, England. They later founded the Wirth Canoe Livery in Ann Arbor. After divorce and remarriage she nursed her eldest son, William, through his fatal bone cancer. This inspired her to obtain an RN degree and work in hospitals or nursing homes in West Virginia and Florida. For many years she enjoyed making pottery and weaving. She managed the Arts and Crafts Shop in Elkins, WV until 1987 when Alex retired and they moved to Florida to care for her aged parents. In 1998 Alex and Barbara moved to the Magdalena Mountains in NM where they both did volunteer work until health problems dictated moving in 2007 closer to medical services in Albuquerque. Barbara requested that there be no local memorial service. Memorials may be sent to the New Life Presbyterian Church, 5440 Eubank Blvd. NE, Alb, NM 87111. A celebration of live service will be held at a later date in Ann Arbor.

QUINTANA, DAMON RAY born on August 15, 1966 and passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 17, 2013. Damon Honorably served in the U.S. Navy and will be remembered as a loving son, brother, father and friend. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lorraine. Damon is survived by his children, Miranda and Gabriel; father, Raymond; brother, Loren and many other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. REINHARD, WAYNE ROGER Age 82, beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, 2013. He was born in Columbus Grove, OH and was a resident of Albuquerque, NM. Wayne was an avid fisherman, golfer and "fix it" man. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army, who served his country during the Korean Conflict. Wayne will be remembered by his many worthy achievements but particularly for his desire to tease everyone he met...the young, the old, the waitress, the mailman, the neighbor, the stranger, etc., and he cherished each response. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mable Lora and William Clyde Reinhard; his first wife, Donna Lou Sadler; and sister, Florence Sawyer.. Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Marthanne (Quinlan) Cole Reinhard; his children, Susan Propst, Patti Nelsen, Roger Reinhard, Erik Reinhard; his step-children, J. Thad Cole and wife Harriett, Marta Jones, Lisa Yost and husband Craig, Emily Duensing and husband Dan; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sister, Marilyn Hemingway; brother, Richard Reinhard and wife Judy; and many other relatives and friends. Adele Segura passed away at age 81, surrounded by her family, on Friday, April 19, 2013. She was born March 23, 1932 in Albuquerque, NM. She is survived by her five children: Marcial Segura and wife Pauline Sanchez Segura, Adele Segura-Oswald and husband John Oswald, Joseph R. TAYS, ED 1934-2013 Ed was born in Roswell, NM on May 15, 1934 where he grew up and went to school. He passed away on April 18, 2013. He served in the U.S. Navy from May of 1953 until June of 1956 when he was released to inactive duty until June of 1960 when he was honorably discharged. He was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, and the Korean Service Medal while he served in the Navy. Ed worked at Glover Packing Co. upon his return from service, he then worked for the USDA as a meat compliance officer until his retirement. The family moved around the country for his job with the USDA until finally settling in Bosque Farms, NM. After moving to Bosque Farms, Ed became a member of the Bosque Farms Citizens Patrol, Roadrunner Riding Club and the Bosque Farms Rodeo Association. Ed married the love of his life Patricia Ann (Dyson) Tays on August 22, 1956 and from this union three children were born: Lori Ann (John) Bell, Krista Kay Tays and Stanley Edward (Julie) Tays. He is also survived by five grandchildren: Amanda Kaye (Joe) Norine, Philip Edward (Brandy) Durbin, Alyssia Marie Tays, Stanley Patrick Tays and Hunter Edward Tays. Great-grandchildren: Garret Michael Norine, Wyatt Raymond Norine. Cheyann Marie Durbin, Trinity Leeann Durbin, Colton Philip Durbin, Gaige Brennan Tays and Connor Patrick Tays. Ed is survived by sisters Juanita Garrett and Norman Evans, brother Tommy Dean Tays and sister-in-law Shirley Tays. Ed was preceded in death by his mother Maude Tays Ross, father Moma Duke Tays, step-father Bud Ross, brothers Stanley Tays and James Duke Tays and sister, Dorothy Stoff. Ed's greatest joys in life were his family, hunting, fishing, working in his yard and spending time with his grandchildren and his great-grandchildren. He was adored by numerous friends and acquaintances who had the privilege to be included in his life. He touched the lives of everyone he met.
