ANGEL -- EMMA GARZA A resident of Rio Rancho, New Mexico since 2008, passed away peacefully on July 21, 2012 in the loving company of her children and grandchildren at the age of 84. Emma was born in Guerrero, Coahulia, Mexico. Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Valente; and daughter-in-law, Martha. Mrs. Angel is survived by her daughter Emma and husband, Douglas Johnston of Rio Rancho; sons, Valente Angel Jr., and Victor Angel of El Paso, Texas; five grandchildren, Douglas, Stephen, and Joseph Johnston, Valente, and Blanca Angel. Emma was devoted to her family and was a great cook; she had high moral values and loved to dance. She had a "dicho" for all occasions. She will be missed but we will all rest comfortable in knowing that she has been welcomed into Heaven with our Savior's open arms. Visitation will be Tuesday, July, 24, 2012 from 6:30 until 7:00 p.m in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. by Deacon Pablo LeFebre. BACZEK -- HELEN LUCIA born November 22, 1921, went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 22, 2012. She is survived by children, Colleen McNamara and husband Gil Libby, Frank Baczek and wife Thane, Greg Baczek, Nancy Baczek and husband Paul Cheney, Mark Baczek, Tony Baczek and wife Charlene, Joanna Baczek, and Mary Reith and husband John; grandchildren, David Greenwood and wife Becky; Scott Baczek; David Baczek and wife, Annie; and Cris Baczek; Candis Cliffcorn and husband, Michael; Amanda Greenbank and husband, Eric; Eryn Baczek; Alison Frumkin; Daniel Frumkin; and Sean Baczek; three great-grandchildren, Sophia, Isabella and Claire; and many other family including her brother Floyd DelGrosso and wife Peggy, sister Grace Giordano and husband Sam and many friends. Mrs Baczek was preceded in death by her husband, Frank; her parents Costanzo and Lucia DelGrosso; brothers, Antonio, Danny, Larry, George and Tony; sisters Chelesta and Leah; and daughter-in-law, Janice Baczek. Helen loved her family and her Italian heritage. She enjoyed cooking and baking for large gatherings and charities. Nothing made her happier than to have family and friends gather for a meal. She loved all children and was always caring for babies and young children until she developed Alzheimer's disease after her 80th birthday. Frank and Helen were members and original founders of Holy Ghost Catholic Parish and loved to volunteer at Holy Ghost School and Church. A Memorial service and celebration of life will be Friday, 7:00 pm, July 27, 2012 at French, 10500 Lomas Blvd NE. A Rosary will be recited Saturday, 9:30 am and Mass will be celebrated Saturday, 10:00 am, both at Holy Ghost Parish, 833 Arizona SE, at San Pedro and Anderson St, Albuquerque, NM. BAULER -- MICHAEL K. "MIKE" On July 19, 2012, Michael "Mike" K. Bauler, age 40, passed away following his battle with Cancer. He was born April 15, 1972 in Dallas, TX and was raised in Krum, TX. He was the beloved son of Bobby and Theresa Bauler of Krum, TX and cherished father of two beautiful daughters, Klaryssa and Alyssa Bauler of Rio Rancho, NM. Mike will be dearly missed by his family, friends and Intel teammates. Services will be held on Tuesday, July 24th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Chapel of Albuquerque located at 4001 Osuna Road NE. FEGETTE -- EUGENIA DAWN Age 83, a resident of Albuquerque, died Saturday, July 21, 2012. She is survived by her beloved partner of 51 years, Rose Tagtmeyer; brother, Nathan Fegette; nephew, Tim Fegette and wife, Virginia; other relatives and dear friends Jamie Searcy, Alice Trabaudo and Beth Pinkerton. Eugenia was the fourth of five children. She graduated from Oglesby High School in 1946 and earned a B.A. in Art from Mary Hardin-Baylor College in Belton, TX in 1950. She lived in Dallas until 1961 holding positions with Hydrotex Industries, Chance Vought Aircraft and Electronic Equipment Engineering. Eugenia came to Albuquerque in 1963 and held drafting positions with the City of Albuquerque for 25 years, retiring in 1988. She was an Ordained Minister in the Universal Church of the Holy Spirit where she also served as the Choir Director until 1986. She was a world traveler, visiting Greece, England, Scotland, Mexico, Jamaica, Peru, Hawaii and Italy. Behind the hard-working, quiet, almost straight-laced demeanor, was a lively woman who took flying lessons, enjoyed martinis and mimosas, traveled widely, fought fiercely for women's rights, spoke French, loved music, had a quick wit and vast vocabulary, loved animals, drew and painted beautifully, and was deeply spiritual. JARAMILLO -- DELIA C. Age 83, of Dubuque, IA and formerly of Albuquerque, NM, passed away on Saturday at Stonehill Franciscan Services Care Center in Dubuque, Iowa where she lived with dementia for the past two years. Friends and relatives may call from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at French Funeral Home on Wyoming Blvd. in Albuquerque, NM, where there will be Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at Our Lady of the Annunciation Church, 2621 Vermont St. NE. Burial service will follow immediately at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Delia was born in Jarales, NM on February 12, 1929, the daughter of Teofilo and Margarita (Gallegos) Sanchez. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Solomon H. Jaramillo on January 12, 1953, in Albuquerque, NM. He preceded her in death on December 2, 1981. Delia lived in Albuquerque for most of her life until she moved to Minnesota and later Iowa to be near her beloved grandchildren. She is survived by her two children: Joanne Jaramillo Pohland and her husband Glenn, of Peosta, Iowa, Carol Jaramillo Hargrave and her husband Tim, of Lutherville, MD; four grandchildren: John, Joy, Joel and Jillian Pohland. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her siblings Louis Sanchez, Della Heard, Joe Sanchez, Mary Bargas, Mercy Sandoval, Herman Sanchez, Phil Sanchez, Connie Sanchez, and Gorman Sanchez. LEYBA -- GERALD E. JR. Age 67, joined his parents, Rosina and Gerald E. Leyba Sr. and brother, Moises Eddie Leyba in Paradise with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on July 18, 2012. Gerald is survived by his son, Pedro Cruz; sister, Edna May Sandoval; brother and sister-in-law, Alvin and Rita Leyba; many relatives and friends. Gerald was a chef, and an entrepreneur. Gerald was Catholic by faith. His gentle spirit will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. MARTINEZ -- THERESA F. (TERRY) born December 3, 1949, and went to be with the Lord on Saturday July 21, 2012. Theresa is survived by her daughter Sara Romero, and husband, Nick Wechselberger; mother, Julia Martinez; brother, Sammy Martinez; sisters, Rosemary Martinez, and Ramona Martinez; father of her daughter, Frank Romero; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Terry was a graduate of Rio Grande High School, class of 1967, and received her Masters Degree in education in 1997. Theresa was a dedicated teacher, working at Ernie Pyle Middle School and School on Wheels High School and retired from Albuquerque Public Schools after twenty five years of service. For many years she was active in the community through food ministries. Theresa was also an outstanding dancer with Baila Folklorico for several years and enjoyed numerous sports, outdoor activities, a healthy lifestyle and yoga. Theresa was deeply religious and spiritual; her life was a gift of spirit to all those who knew her. MORROW -- MALCOLM (MAC) MAURICE, DR. Passed away on July 19, 2012 at the age of 81 at the Lovelace Westside Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, surrounded by his entire family. Mac was born on January 16, 1931, in Laredo, Texas, to William Clay and Laura McKay Morrow. His family lived for a number of years in South Haven, Kansas, and later in Parker, Kansas where he graduated high school in 1948. He attended the University of Kansas and graduated from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1956. Mac married Nona Brice on December 26, 1955 at the Annunciation Catholic Church in Kansas City, Missouri. At the time of his death, Mac and Nona had been married for over 57 years. Mac and Nona moved to Springer, New Mexico in 1959 after spending two years in Crownpoint, New Mexico where Mac practiced medicine at the Navajo Hospital under the direction of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Mac became a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians in 1976. He was a member of the New Mexico Academy of Family Physicians for 36 years, and president of that organization in 1978. He served on the Springer School Board for twelve years, and was a member of St Joseph Catholic Church. Mac was a devoted husband, loving and firm father, a dedicated family doctor, avid fly fisherman, and lifelong Kansas Jayhawk basketball fan. Mac could always be seen driving his 1959 Willy's Jeep or his 1960 Mercedes Benz around Springer, and every Thursday afternoon, like clock work, that jeep could be seen parked by the stream in Cimarron Canyon. Mac enjoyed many moments in that same jeep, like taking his sons on their annual deer hunting trip and teaching all his children to drive. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, siblings Duane, Ken and Nita. He is survived by his loving wife Nona; his four children and their spouses, Janet Kear(Michael), Mike Morrow (Christie), Patrick Morrow (Shelley) and Julie Morrow. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, Darrin, Patrick, and Brian Kear, Ryan Ramirez, Kyle and Brad Morrow, and Clay and Kristen Morrow; six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. Mac will be forever missed by his entire family. Memorial services will be conducted at the Riverside Funeral Home, 225 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108, on July 28, 2012 from 2:00-3:00 p.m., with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the "Jay Brian Reece Memorial Scholarship Fund", held at the Wells Fargo Bank in Springer, NM 87747.

ROBINSON -- CAROLYN MAYE Age 74, died Saturday, July 21, 2012, following an extended illness. Carolyn is survived by three children, Dale Robinson and wife, Dana, of Indianapolis, Indiana, Rhonda Wineland and husband, Adrian, of Albuquerque, and Michael Robinson, of Albuquerque; four grandchildren, Keith Robinson, Bryce Robinson and wife, Christina, Rebekah Spreter and husband, Matt, and Stephen Wineland and wife, Kacey; and three great-grandchildren, Melissa and Kadence Spreter, and Kyleigh Wineland. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Bill (William) L. Robinson. Carolyn enjoyed a noteworthy career with APS, teaching Sombra Del Monte, Monte Vista, and East San Jose. As a master teacher, her legacy lives on in the lives of thousands of students. She also will be remembered for her faithful dedication and service to God, her family and church. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Mountainside Church of Christ, 12300 Indian School Rd. TAFOYA -- TERRY 1985 - 2012 Age 27, a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2012. She was pursuing her dream of a nursing degree and recently joined Presbyterian Hospital with hopes for the future. Her light will not be forgotten by those who loved her best and she will be greatly missed by all. VILLEGAS -- DAVID MARTIN Entered this world to David Villegas Sr. and Celestina Silva on November 27, 1924 in Las Vegas NM. He exited this world after completing his journey on earth July 20, 2012 and entered into eternal life to be reunited with his loving wife Eloisa; his parents; sisters Jane Oakey and Margaret Duran; and his grandson Davi Villegas. David is survived by his brother Manuel Villegas of Santa Fe, NM and his nine children: Carol Saiz, Gina Chavez, David Villegas III, Paul Steven Villegas, Joseph Villegas, Theresa Garcia, Dianne Patricia Villegas, Mona Lisa Aragon, and Mark Anthony Villegas and spouses. David had 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. He had several step-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends. David served in the United States Navy for four years during WW2. He was a gunners mate third class, USN 11-Dec. 1941-18 Dec. 1945 USS Maryland BB-46, he spent most of that time in the South Pacific. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday evening, July 25, 2012 at 7:00 pm at Riverside Chapel, 225 San Mateo NE. Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 309 Stover SW, Thursday, July 26, 2012 at 10:00 am, followed by burial at the National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM at 2:00 pm with full Military honors. WEEKS -- HELEN PATRICIA (PAT) Passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 22, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Uzziel William Weeks; her parents, Michael and Helen Hussey; and her nephew, Michael Hussey III. Survivors include her children, Susan and husband John Hart and their children, Michael, Gregory and Grace of Greenwich, CT; Kathy and Judge Jim Hall and their children, Eric, Alex and Kate of Santa Fe; Tom and Lyn Weeks and their children, Zach, Libby and Ryan of Albuquerque; Jim and Lynn Weeks and their children, Michael and Kimmy of Sandia Park; and John and Donna Weeks and their children, Lauren, Georgia and Christopher of Denton, TX. Pat is also survived by her sisters, Peg Rinaldi of Tulsa, OK, Lee Witt of Santa Fe; her brother, Michael Hussey of Sarasota, FL; along with six nieces and nephews. Pat was born and raised in Waukegan, IL and attended Iowa State College in Ames, IA where she met her future husband, Bill Weeks. They were married in 1952 and moved to Albuquerque in 1956 where Bill eventually became the head football coach for the UNM Lobos. Pat retired from the Albuquerque Public School system where she taught home economics for many years. She was active in the Albuquerque community with her volunteer work at The Blue Portal through the Assistance League of Albuquerque. She was also a member of the Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority Alumni Association and was a frequent volunteer at Prince of Peace Catholic Community as well as St. Vincent de Paul. She also performed many random acts of kindness, never saying no to anyone who asked for her help. Pat was a devoted and loving mother and grandmother and a wonderful sister. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. Rosary will be recited Thursday, July 26, 2012, 6:00 p.m., at French - Wyoming Chapel. Mass will be celebrated Friday, July 27, 2012, 10:00 a.m., at Prince of Peace Catholic Community, 12500 Carmel Ave. NE.
