ARAGON -- Paublita Aragon, a lifetime resident of New Mexico was called to her heavenly home on Friday, October 22. She was born in 1929, in Valencia, NM, to Rafael and Josefita Aragon. She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfonso Aragon; parents, Rafael and Josefita Aragon; brothers, Joe M., Francisco, Espidion and James Aragon; brothers-in-law, Roldan and Esequel Aragon; sisters-in-law, Erlinda and Juanita Aragon and son-in-law, Leo Garduno. She is survived by her children, Juan L. and wife, Jude Aragon, Patricia Garduno, Katheryn and husband, Richard Perez Jr., Rafael and wife, Dolores Aragon, Evelyn Aragon, Anthony R. and wife, Elizabeth Aragon, Michael Aragon and Daniel Aragon; sisters, Emilia, Virginia and Eufemia Aragon; brother-in-law, Nikie Aragon; sisters-in-law, Francis Aragon, Carmen Aragon and Viola Avent; 17 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. All services will be held at Sangre de Cristo Church in Valencia, beginning with a viewing on Tuesday, October 26, at 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A final visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 27, at 10:00 a.m. with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Valencia Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Delfin Aragon, Leonard Montoya, Matthew Aragon, Camilo Renteria, David Garduno and Michael Perez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jack and Dolores Lovato, Jim and Priscilla Armer, Austin and Antonia Wade and the Valencia Altar Society.

BUNDY -- Louise Ganie Lambert Bundy, 1919 - 2010, was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Jacob Phillip Lambert and Susan Augusta Hiller on September 19, 1919. She died on October 20, 2010. She is survived by her children, Ganie Bundy DeHart of Geneseo, NY; Kevin Christopher Bundy of Albuquerque, NM; Rebecca Bundy Brown and husband, Glenn of Walkersville, MD; Philip Edward Bundy and wife, Jeanette of Albuquerque, NM and Heidi Bundy Brown and husband, Steve of Albuquerque, NM; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, E. Wayne Bundy, her parents, six brothers, four sisters, and her son, Thomas Kimball Bundy. Louise moved to Ogden Utah, when she was four years old. It was in Ogden where she met and fell in love, with her sweetheart, E. Wayne Bundy. They were married on July 3, 1942, in Yuma Arizona. She graduated from Ogden High School, attended Weber State and the University of Utah. Louise spent years inside the Republican political world, including being a Barry Goldwater Delegate at the1964 Republican Convention; she was the first Chairman of the New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women and was the Republican candidate for Secretary of State in New Mexico in 1966 and 1968. She held numerous positions in the federal government, including working with Representative Manuel Lujan, was appointed by President Richard Nixon to the Department of Interior, and continued working in government at the Office of Economic Opportunity, and the Department of Health and Human Services. She was a member of the Reagan-Bush National Committee and President Ronald Reagan's 1981 Inaugural Committee; she also worked for Project Hope. In addition to her professional career, Louise was a wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and held many callings; Louise was an avid Nelson Eddy enthusiast and helped create the Nelson Eddy Scholarship Fund, thus, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Nelson Eddy Scholarship fund, http://nelsoneddysociety.org/scholarship.htm, or your favorite university's music department. Special thanks to Nancy Schwarz, her friend and caregiver, and to Kristina, her nurse, and the rest of staff of Presbyterian Home Hospice. Memorial service will be celebrated in Louise's honor on Monday, October 25, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 5709 Haines Avenue NE, Albuquerque, NM. CORDOVA -- Cecilia F. Cordova (Armijo) 78, passed away Friday, October 22, 2010. Cecilia loved puzzles, music, her classic comedy shows and game shows. She adored her family and friends. Cecilia is survived by her loving children Barbara Howard and husband Mark, Steve Cordova and wife Jamie; five grandchildren, Ryan and Noah Howard, Jacob, Andrea and Gabriel Cordova. Cecilia will be greatly missed by numerous family members, friends and all who knew and loved her. HUNING -- John L. "Jack" Huning, age 81, a resident of Los Lunas, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2010. Jack was preceded in death by his high school sweetheart and wife of 53 years, Mary Etta Bell. He is survived by his three children, Tyler, Eilene, and Nancy. Jack was born in Albuquerque on November 29, 1928 and spent much of his childhood in Los Lunas. He graduated from Albuquerque High and earned a B.A. in Animal Husbandry from Colorado State University. Jack took over operations of the livestock part of the family business where he received numerous awards from organizations ranging from NM Livestock Growers Association to N.A.I.O.P. (a commercial real estate development association) and the P.C.A. (Production Credit Association) where he served as chairman and on the board of directors for many years. He received a lifetime member award from Albuquerque Economic Development, Inc. Jack was also a member of the Urban Land Institute, and a lifelong member of Rotary International. He was a devout member of St. John's Episcopal Cathedral and then St. Matthew's Episcopal Church. Jack will be remembered as a loving father, loyal friend, and for his generous community support and service. Services will be held Wednesday, October 27, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at St. John's Episcopal Cathedral, 318 Silver SW. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. RAMIREZ -- Carlos F. Ramirez, 88, died October 20, 2010 at his home of natural causes. Carlos was born December 3, 1921 in Logan, NM to Jacob and Manuelita Ramirez. He was a hard working rancher and later served in the United States Army. Carlos also worked for the Rock Island Railroad and retired as a concrete finisher. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Cleo Ramirez; his children Charlie Ramirez and wife Sandra, Elsie Carrillo and husband Frank, Theresa Prado and husband Mike, Frankie Ramirez and wife Terry, Mary Miranda and husband Pete, Josie Vigil, and Eddie Casaus. Carlos was also loved by 18 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren, and 8 great-great grandchildren. His strength will live on with those he loved, as Jesus said, "Congratulations to the person who has toiled and found life" - Gospel of Thomas. Services will be held at Queen of Heaven Church, 5311 Phoenix Ave. Alb, NM 87109 with a Rosary on Oct. 26, 2010 at 7:30pm and a Mass on October 27, 2010 at 10:00am. Final resting place will be at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.

SEDILLO -- Joseph (Lolo), 81, of Albuquerque, NM passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2010. He was preceded in death by his daughter Kathy Sedillo. Lolo was born January 31, 1929 in Albuquerque. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served proudly in the Korean War. He is survived by his beloved wife Emma of 57 years; daughter Melissa and husband Rudy Cota Jr; and Justine and fiance Abe Dimas; grandchildren Gilbert Soto, Chantel Cota, Rudy Cota III, Kimberly Gutierrez; and great grandson Andres Aragon; numerous nephews and nieces. He is also survived by his two brothers and sister. Lolo will be missed by all who knew him. He was an exceptional man, loving husband and father. He was adored by his grandchildren and great grandson. Services are as follows: Rosary will be Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. with Mass to follow at 9:00 a.m. at St Joseph's on the Rio Grande.
