Randy was born in 1950, and grew up amid the oil fields of West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. He was voted 'Best Groomed' at Lovington High School in 1969 and our handsome Randy went on to attend Eastern New Mexico University. There, he established many relationships that would last a lifetime among his fraternity brothers of Pi Kappa Alpha and he met Darla Schlientz, who he would marry in 1973. In 1978, Randy moved to Lubbock, TX where he earned his Master's Degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University and all things Red Raider became one of the great joys of his life. In 1987, Randy moved to Albuquerque and worked for the other accounting firm giant, Arthur Andersen. Professionally, Randy was most proud to have established his own accounting practice in 1998.
