CLARK -- Louise Kim Clark, 80 years of age, and a longtime resident of Tijeras, NM, passed away Monday, January 8, 2007. Louise was born November 22, 1926 to Daniel and Rose Zella Clark of Kim, CO. She was a loving mother and grandmother who spent her time teaching her grandchildren about God and how special life is. At age 66, Louise returned to school, becoming a Certified Dental Assistant. Most of all, Louise was a selfless giver who adopted and raised, by herself, her one and only son. She will be deeply missed. Louise is survived by her two sisters, Dessie Carter, Exa Tabor and ex-husband, James Rose of Colorado. Louise is also survived by her children, Carrie Rose, Jimmie Lou Mitas and Jimmy Daniel Clark; grandchildren, Christopher Gedeon, Michelle Rose, Vanessa Mitas, Alex Mitas, Hannah Natalia Clark, Hayley Marina Clark, and Holly Daniela Clark; one great-grandchild, Tucker Rose. One of Louise's final wishes was to be buried with her parents, in Kim, CO. Due to the weather conditions in Kim, CO at this time, the burial will be post-poned until further notice. COFFEY -- Jane Ruth Heard Coffey (Mama Doc), of Albuquerque, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, died on January 9, 2007. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank. She is survived by her four children, Cheryl Fuller of Ft. Worth, TX, Lisa Marshall and her husband, Bill, of Albuquerque, Laura Banks and her husband, Kevin, of Albuquerque, and Scott Coffey and his wife, Julie, of Jackson, MS; grandchildren, Colin, Lauren, Kate, and Maggie Fuller, Crystal and Ashley Marshall, Nathan Banks, and Liam Coffey. In addition, Jane is survived by her brother, Jack of Midland, TX. Jane was born in Houston, TX on June 24, 1932. She attended McGregor, TX public schools, graduating at age 16 and was accepted to Baylor University, where she attended with Frank. They moved to Albuquerque in 1960, where she devoted her time to raising her family and volunteering for many children's organizations. She was active in Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and was a 3rd grade Sunday school teacher for over 16 years. She and her family were among the founding members of Asbury United Methodist Church, and she remained a supportive member of the church throughout her life. In her later years, she was her grandchildren's most devoted fan, attending as many of their activities as possible. She will be remembered for her devotion to children, her kindness, and her love and dedication to her family. A Memorial Service will be held at Asbury United Methodist Church, 10,000 Candelaria Rd. NE., at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2007. Interment will take place at the family cemetery in Waco, TX. CONNORS -- Kevin Connors, age 54, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2007 in Albuquerque, NM. He was born on November 9, 1952 to Gerard and Joyce Connors in San Luis Obispo, CA. Kevin was an accomplished General Contractor since 1978 in the Albuquerque area and built custom homes throughout Albuquerque. He graduated from Sandia High School in 1971 and later graduated from UNM. Kevin was loved and cherished by so many people and he touched many lives. Kevin kept long lasting relationships with those he grew up with. He enjoyed boats, motorcycles and dirt bikes; he also enjoyed the outdoors and traveling, but most of all he enjoyed people. Kevin is survived by his wife, Debra Connors; his mother, Joyce Connors; his sister, Anne Connors; and a special niece, Ashley Stroup and her husband, Mark. Kevin is preceded in death by his father, Gerard Connors. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 12, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. GABALDON -- Erlinda Christine Gabaldon, 57, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away in Albuquerque, Friday, January 5, 2007 following a difficult battle with cancer. She passed away at her home with her family at her side. She faced her illness with amazing strength, grace, courage, and dignity that deeply touched all who knew her. As a woman of faith, she openly took on the burdens of her illness. Erlinda is deeply missed by all of us who loved her so much. Born in Albuquerque, NM, Erlinda was a graduate of Albuquerque High School, class of '67, and T.V.I. After working for AT&T for nine years, Erlinda dedicated her life to her family and the raising of her two daughters. Above all, she loved being a Grandma. Erlinda enjoyed her grandson, Diego, immensely and looked forward to welcoming two new grandchildren into the family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Florinda and Manuel Maldonado. Erlinda is survived by her loving husband, Ernest G. Gabaldon; sisters, Mela Gutierrez, Angela Sanchez, and Elena Otero; brothers, Frankie McAfee, Joe McAfee, Leroy McAfee, and George McAfee; daughters, Francisquita Fernandez and husband, Nathan Fernandez, and Dolores Sanchez and husband, Marcos Sanchez; and grandson, Diego Sanchez. GALLEGOS -- Manuel Gallegos, 75, a loving and generous husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died on Saturday, January 6, 2007 after a five year battle with cancer. He was born on April 28, 1931, and he lived a full and joyous life. After graduating from Albuquerque High School in 1950, he enlisted in the Air Force and retired after 22 years of service. Manny (General Patton) is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Betty Gallegos of the family home; sons, Gary Gallegos of Sarasota, FL, David Gallegos and wife, Patricia of Nogal, NM, Craig Gallegos and wife, Maria of Albuquerque, daughter, Maria-Elena Gallegos and fiance, Russ Jellison of Albuquerque, NM; six grandchildren, Melani, Isaiah, Adrianna, Gabriel, Sarah, and David; four great-grandchildren, Andrew, Dayl, Matthew, and Daytona; sisters, Carmel and Lucy; and many numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. Manny is preceded in death by his parents; one brother; one sister; and granddaughter, Michelle Gallegos. He enjoyed doing many activities and visiting with family and friends. Mr. Gallegos was a member of Oasis Family Church (4800 Lomas Blvd. NE) where Services will be held on Thursday January 11, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Following will be a memorial reception at the Albuquerque Garden Center, 10120 Lomas Blvd. NE. GOUGER -- Dorothy M. Gouger, 87, of Rock Springs, WY died Saturday, January 6, 2007 at her home in Rock Springs after a brief illness. She was born September 4, 1919 in Rochester, NY, the daughter of Charles and Alvina Frenz Punch. She attended schools at the Immaculate Conception Parochial School and the Madison High School in Rochester and graduated with the class of 1938. Dorothy married John (Ken) Kenneth Gouger on August 4, 1945 and they lived in East Rochester, NY until his death in 1962. She was trained in nursing and spent many years at the Monroe County Health Department until her retirement in 1976. She lived in Albuquerque, NM from 1976 to 2000 where she spent her retirement traveling and collecting southwestern art and participating with her friends in senior citizen activities. In 2000, she moved to Rock Springs to spend her final years with her son, Garry Gouger and family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 11, 2007 at the SS. Cyril and Methodius Catholic Church, 633 Bridger Ave., Rock Springs,WY. Entombment will take place by her sister, Helen Hall in the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Albuquerque, NM. GRAYSON -- Norma Alicia Grayson, 49, passed away January 5, 2007. GRIFFIN -- Marian Rose Griffin, 46, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 27 years, passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2007. Marian was born July 17, 1960 the daughter of Charles and Constance "Penny" Bunce DeFraia in Patchogue, NY. Marian was preceded in death by her father, Charles DeFraia in 1988. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Kevin M. HERRMANN -- Betty L. Herrmann died of sudden heart failure January 8, 2007. She is survived by her daughter, Inga and husband, John Molt; her son, Peter Herrmann; and four grandchildren, Rishar Herrmann, Mariah and Joshua Molt and Jonathan Herrmann. Betty went home to be with her Savior and Lord. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
