MAESTAS -- MAX You left me in the cold of a winter day. It was the coldest day of my life. The warmth from your embrace, the sweetness of your gaze. The laughter that you brought me is gone. I lost a part of myself the day you left me. You took a piece of my soul, and a chunk of my heart. The emptiness has faded over time. The sorrow has lessened but my heart will never heal. Sometimes I hear you in the silence. Sometimes I see you in my dreams and out of the corner of my eye. Sometimes I talk to you in silent whispers praying for an answer and reaching out for your hand. I know that you are watching me in everyday life and protecting me from the evils that I may face and the obstacles that I go through. I know you are looking down on me, I just wish you were here. Even if it were one more day to warm me on a very cold day that you left me behind. I love you, you are forever in my heart Dora
