BUSSIERE -- Agnes Faggart Bussiere, 86, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2006. She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, Greg Bussiere. Agnes retired as a physical therapist from the Veteran's Hospital. She was deeply loved and will be missed. Interment has taken place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. GALLEGOS -- Daniel Timothy Gallegos, 22, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on July 13, 2006. Daniel is the beloved son to, Mrs. Viola Prendergast and husband, Michael; Daniel is also survived by his three loving brothers: Arnold L. Gallegos Jr. and fiancee, Victoria, Kenneth Gallegos and Joshua Prendergast; his loving sister, Cynthia Gallegos-Lujan and husband, Michael. He is also survived by his niece, Ariana Gallegos; his nephew, Michael Lujan; a special friend, Matthew Romero; by his beloved auntie and Godmother, Margaret Gallegos and husband, Len; two uncles, Robert Apodaca and wife, Lorraine and Donald Apodaca and many cousins and friends. Daniel was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Estella Apodaca and a cousin, Anthony Apodaca. Daniel was a giving person and had a very big heart. "We love you and miss you, Dood." Visitation for Daniel will be Monday evening in Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service to be held at 7:00 p.m by Pastor Danny Sanchez. Final visitation will be Tuesday morning in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with a Funeral Service to be held at 10:00 a.m. by Pastor Danny Sanchez. LOCKHART -- Bernice Lorraine Lockhart, age 91, a resident of Belen, NM, passed away on July 15, 2006. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church. Bernice was born on a ranch near Capitan, NM, to the late Thomas and Tennesse Weldy. As a teenager she moved to Roswell, NM. Bernice married Leo E. Lockhart in 1933. They lived in Roswell until 1953, in Artesia from 1953 to 1976, and then moved to Belen in 1976. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Leo E. Lockhart in 1983; eight siblings; a son-in-law, Kenneth W. Tibbetts; grandson, Jimmie Lockhart; and a granddaughter, Lisa Lockhart. Bernice is survived by her daughter, Billie Tibbetts; son, Jackie D. Lockhart and wife, Vanda; daughter, Darlene Hall and husband, Dean; ten grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held at New Hope Church in Belen on New Hope Dr., on Tuesday, July 18, 2006, beginning with a visitation at 1:30 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Terrace Grove Cemetery. LOPEZ -- Maria Victoriana Lopez, 85, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, July 13, 2006. She is the daughter of the late Victor and Agueda Martinez. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Damacio Romero, a decorated World War II Veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart and Silver Star; son, Eddie Romero age 3; second husband, Joe Cecilio Lopez, a retired medic who served both in the Army and the Air Force for 26 years; three sisters, Adelia Vigil, Eremita Martinez, and Aurora Fernandez; and brother, Ricardo Martinez. She is survived by her two daughters, Angie De Lourdes Bencomo and Diane Franklin and husband, Tom; brother, Mardo Martinez and wife, Josie; sister, Candelaria Montoya and husband, Luis and sister, Doloritas Martinez O.P.; special nephew, Leroy Vigil and wife, Flora; five grandsons, Joseph Najera and wife, Cassandra, Elias Rodriguez and Estefano Franklin, Christobal Najera and Daniel Bencomo; seven great-grandchildren; and other relatives. The family would like to invite friends to join them at a Memorial Rosary which will be recited Sunday, 7:00 p.m., at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 4020 Lomas Blvd. NE. Also to a second Memorial Rosary which will be recited at Monday, 7:00 p.m., at Victoriana's home. ROYBAL -- Diana T. Roybal, 66, went to be with our Lord, July 15, 2006, after a short battle with cancer. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew and loved her. Diana was preceded in death by her father, Manuel Roybal. She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Roybal; her three daughters, Lorie Padilla and husband Brian, Lavern Roybal, Lanette Jaramillo and husband Antonio; her son, Larry Roybal; eight grandchildren, Cameron, Kyler, David, Amarante, Christopher, Nathan, Joshua, and Matthew; three sisters, Arabel Craig and husband Toby, Geraldine Gonzales, Maxine Bononcini and husband Eddie; brother, Manuel "Sonny" Roybal and his companion Christine Ewers; and nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Diana was born in Dixon, NM, where she spent the majority of her childhood. She then moved to Albuquerque, where she spent the rest of her life. She recently retired after working for 20 years at the University Hospital Hospitality Center as a dietary assistant. Diana was a devout member of Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church where she volunteered and served her community. Services are pending at Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church. SMIGIEL -- Brad Joseph, age 19, passed away suddenly July 15, 2006 at his home. He was born in Farmington Hills, MI, and moved to Albuquerque, NM, when he was 3. He was a young entrepreneur, starting an online business. He took great appreciation in being a Certified Pharmacy Technician. He is survived by his mother Debbie; his brother Eric; his grandmother Angeline Reese; aunt Jodi; and his father, Dennis. SOLANOS -- Henry E. Solanos, 78, a resident of Albuquerque since 1972, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2006. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Lorraine Solanos; daughters, Mae Rose, Lorie A. Payne and husband, Steve; son, Mark E. Westergreen; eight grandchildren; sister, Josephine Andrew; brother, Arthur Solanos; as well as many family members and friends. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed by his family members and all those who knew him as well. VESETH -- Raymond Carl Veseth passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 9, 2006. Born in Malta, MT on May 12, 1929, he is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sally; daughters, Debbie, Ellen, and Kathy; sons, Mark and Andy and their spouses; Evan Nelson, John Breneman, and Heidi Veseth. He is also survived by his five grandchildren: Adrian, Kelsey, Madeline, Connor, and Hannah. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
