Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free. I am following the path God had laid, you see. I took His hand when I heard Him call. I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day, to laugh, to love, to work, to play. Tasks left undone must stay that way. If my parting has left a void, then fill it with remembered joys. A friendship shared, a laugh, a kiss, oh yes, these things I too will miss. Be not burdened with time of sorrow, I wish you the sunshine of tomorrow. My life's been full, good times, a loved one's touch. Perhaps my time seemed all too brief, don't lengthen it now with undue grief. Lift up your hearts and peace to thee. God wanted me now, He set me free. Arrangements by: Salazar & Sons Mortuary 400 Third St. SW 247-4124

PRICE -- IN MEMORIAM MURTHIE LEE PRICE February 5, 1926 - October 25, 2003 We are judged down here on earth By our lives and by our deeds We're judged by how we laugh and love And how we address our neighbor's needs. While here, you were a help to many A godsend to lighten someone's load A shining beacon to those who got lost While traveling a long hard road. You intervened when others wouldn't You put yourself out there To bolster those with no support You took the time to care. Of your kindness and compassion No one knows the full extent But maybe this will serve today To exemplify what your life meant. A well known quote says: "We are not judged by how much we love, But by how much we are loved by others" And not just by our closest friends, Our children, or by our fathers and mothers But it goes beyond the blood relations It's also your fellow man And you stepped in and helped folks out You never hesitated to lend a hand. Well, it's been a year since you've been gone And I pray your soul's at peace I know the memories of your wonderful life In the hearts and minds of those that love you will never cease
