I shall sit at your board though without a body, And I shall go with you to your fields, a spirit invisible. I shall come to you at your fireside, a guest unseen. TUDOR -- In loving memory of William A. Tudor Jr. (BILLY) DEAR SON AND BROTHER who passed away 14 years ago MARCH 13, 1990. It's been 14 years but yet it seems like only yesterday since we held your hand and told you just how much we loved you, and you quietly slipped away. Fourteen years ago your golden heart stopped beating, God took you home to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, HE only takes the best!! MARCH 6th, your 44th BIRTHDAY, was such a sad and agonizing day. All we could do was visit your crypt, attend your MASS, bring you flowers, with broken hearts we prayed and prayed for hours. If we could have one lifetime wish, one thing that would bring us happiness and bliss, One dream that could come true, we would pray to God with all our hearts for yesterday and YOU!! The hardest thing we ever had to do in life is let you go. A part of us died with you and we love you so! There is not a single minute of every single day, no matter what we say or do, "DEAR BILLY" that we do not miss and think of you. Although it seems like only yesterday when you sat upon our knee, OH, such sweet and precious memories that you have given and left with me! It also seems like only yesterday when you began to talk, and with your tiny hand held tightly and proudly in mine, YOU learned to walk. As precious years have come and gone, I've treasured each and every one. I LOVE and MISS YOU more than words can ever say my DEAR SON!! So parents please LOVE YOUR CHILDREN while you may, for I'd give anything if my son could be alive and with us here today! Nothing is more beautiful than the memories we have of you, to us YOU WERE SOMEONE SPECIAL, we know God thought so too! You will forever be one of the most SPECIAL PEOPLE in our life. When you passed beyond our present sight and left us and the world we know without your RADIANT LIGHT, we all knew that like a candle your BRILLIANT LIGHT WOULD FOREVER SHINE,to brighten up another place MORE PERFECT AND MORE DIVINE! In the realm of HEAVEN where you shine so warm and bright, YOU will live forever in GOD'S ETERNAL LIGHT. YOUR MEMORY is our keepsake, with that we will never part, GOD has you in HIS keeping, we have you in our hearts! You are not forgotten DEAR SON and BROTHER, nor will YOU ever be, as long as our life and memory last we will always love and REMEMBER YOU!! Softly the leaves of memory fall, gently we gather and treasure them all, unseen, unheard you are always near still loved still missed and OH! SO VERY DEAR. IF OUR TEARS COULD BUILD A STAIRWAY AND HEARTACHES MAKE A LANE, WE WOULD GLADLY WALK TO HEAVEN AND BRING YOU BACK AGAIN. The memories of you are forever etched in our heart, we feel your presence daily and we will never truly be apart! A million times I've needed you, A million times I've cried, if our LOVE alone could have saved you, Billy, you never would have died! So another lonely and tormenting year has passed us by, we will remember our last good-bye, we were all there with you when you breathed your last breath and I held your hand, unless you are a mother and have lost a son or daughter, no one can fully understand!! Your last three words spoken were,"I LOVE YOU" and we all knew the love that was in your heart and mind. They will always be cherished in all of our hearts you left behind. It is so sad but true and we often wonder WHY? The very best are always the first to die? It broke our hearts to lose you, BILLY, but you did not go alone, a part of us went with you, the day GOD called you home. Billy, no matter what life without you brings, one thing for certain you have always been the wind beneath our wings!! SON, THANK YOU FOR BEING SO SPECIAL. YOU JUST KNEW, RIGHT FROM THE START HOW TO BRING JOY TO OUR HEART! YOU JUST KNEW HOW TO LOVE AND TO GIVE, AND YOU DID SUCH SWEET AND WONDERFUL THINGS, EVERY SINGLE DAY THAT YOU WERE ALLOWED TO LIVE. YOU WERE ALWAYS THINKING OF US AND OTHERS, NEVER THINKING OF YOURSELF AND I AM SO PROUD THAT GOD CHOSE ME TO BE YOUR MOTHER!! YOU WERE ALWAYS A BLESSING, FOR ALL THE GOOD THAT YOU DID WHEREVER YOU WENT, SUCH A SWEET WAY OF LIFE, FOR INDEED YOU WERE VERY SPECIAL AND YOU WERE HEAVEN SENT!!! OUR MEMORIES OF YOU REMAIN AS TREASURES SO REAL, FOR YOUR DEATH, BILLY, IS A HEARTACHE EVEN TIME WON'T EVER HEAL!! "We can shed tears that he is gone or we can smile because he has lived. We can close our eyes and pray that he will Come back Or we can open our eyes and see all he has Left. Our hearts can be empty because We can't see him Or we can be full of the love we shared. We can turn our back on tomorrow and Live yesterday Or we can be happy for tomorrow because Of yesterday. We can remember him and Only that he is gone Or we can cherish his memory and Let it live on. We can cry and close our mind, be empty and turn our back Or we can do what he would want: SMILE, OPEN OUR EYES, LOVE AND GO ON" SADLY MISSED BY YOUR LOVING MOTHER, ROSE ANN AND BROTHER, ROBERT.
