Archibeque -- Joe Archibeque a resident of Albuquerque, passed away May 28, 1999 suddenly in a local hospital. He is survived by four sons, Arturo Archibeque and wife, Barbara, Marvin Archibeque and wife, Stella, Orlando Archibeque, and Robert Archibeque; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Conrad Archibeque, and Alex Archibeque and wife, Carmen; two sisters, Lucy Vigil and husband, Eulogio, Irene Montoya and husband, John. Also surviving is his grandson with whom he lived, Ronnie Archibeque and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Placida Archibeque. Mr. Archibeque was an Auditor for the State Bureau of Revenue. He spoke Navajo and the Pueblo languages and was self-taught. A Rosary will be recited this evening at 7:00 p.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday June 1, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. also at the church. Boxberger -- Elsie Viola Boxberger, May 28, 1924-May 28, 1999. Elsie has gone to the loving arms of our Lord, exactly 75 years after her birth to Sam & Molly Wagner of Otis, Kansas. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Burns and partner, Robert; son, Kurtis R. Boxberger and partner, Rebecca Hall; grandsons, Greg Chavez and wife, Rachel and Michael Chavez; granddaughter, Shannon Burns Lee and husband, Jeffrey; great grandchildren, Gregory Steven Chavez and Taylor Riley Chavez, Katherine (Chavez) Eichman, and special granddaughters, Allison, Alisha, and Aliana Hall; brothers, Raymond Wagner and wife, Viola, Paul Wagner and wife, Mary, Harold Wagner and wife, Norma, and Norman Wagner and wife, Lois; sister, Arlene Maier; and her constant companions, Misty and Scotty. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emil Boxberger, 1983; and son, Richard Lynn Boxberger, 1949. She fought a valiant battle to regain use of her body and speech following an automobile accident in November 1998, but was unable to overcome the damage caused by cancer. Elsie was loved by her many friends at Digital Equipment Corporation where she worked for 18 years. She leaves a large family who will miss her terribly, her smile, laughter, hugs and understanding and unlimited love. All who knew her will remember her being the most happy at cooking and serving the wonderful foods we all enjoyed so much. She also enjoyed good time with neighbors and friends. Hall -- Tiger Jordan Hall died May 28, 1999. He is survived by his parents, Klint and Kileen Hall of the family home; sisters, Andrael and Mikaela; grandparents, Bruce Myers, Connie Myers, David Speelman and his wife, Betty; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Hargrave -- Jean Frances Hargrave died at the age of 81 on May 28, 1999 at Wichita Falls, Texas where she has lived since 1956, moving from Stillwater, OK. Mrs. Hargrave is originally from Big Timber, Montana born on August 2, 1917. She is retired from civil service and attended college at the University of Southern Illinois. Surviving relatives are son, James Hargrave from Seminole, TX; daughter, Kathryn Goforth from Everett, WA; 2 sisters, Dena Daniel from Albuquerque, NM and Lois Ponder from Elsberry, MI; brother, Robert Cameron from Halltown, MI; and 4 grandchildren. Graveside services will be on Tuesday June 1, at 10:30 a.m. at the Rosemont Cemetery, 10th and Broad Church of Christ with Minister Larry Suttle officiating. Hoffman -- Joseph Louis Hoffman, 88 a resident of Albuquerque for 22 years, died Monday, May 31, 1999. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Bertha; daughter, Joan Warner, and husband, George of Aztec, NM; son, Joseph Hoffman and wife, Cecilia of Albuquerque; granddaughters, Deborah Henley of Albuquerque, Joanne Adams, of Dunnellen, FL, Tracey Jordan of Estancia, NM, and Lisa Dunkle of Hillsboro, OR; grandsons, George Warner of Aztec, NM; William Hoffman of Hendersonville, NC, and James Hoffman of Albuquerque; brother, John Hoffman of Newport Richy, FL; and 12 great grandchildren. Morales -- Gilbert Morales Born: December 23, 1925 Died: May 29, 1999 Mr. Morales is survived by his wife, Corina of the family home; five sons, David Morales and wife, Shirley, Clarence Morales and wife, Fabiola, Wilfred Morales, Elmer Morales and wife, Diane, and Anthony Morales and wife, Linda; one daughter, Norma FFolkes and husband, Roger. Also surviving are three brother, Joaquin Morales, Fred Morales and wife, Edna, and Martin Morales and wife, Margaret; nine grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He was a veteran surviving in the US Marines during World War II as a Corporal. A Rosary will be recited this evening at 7:00 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cuba. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, June 1, 1999, at 11:00 a.m. also at the church. Interment to follow at the Santo Nino Catholic Cemetery in La Jara, NM. Sacoman -- Guadalupe Alfonso, (G.A.) Sacoman, age 65, of Albuquerque, died Friday, May 28, 1999. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles P. and Josephine; brothers, Joseph and Charles; and granddaughter, Dana. G.A. is survived by his wife, Patricia; son, Ernest A. Sacoman and his wife, Anne; daughters, Deanna Hedrick and husband, Stanley and Angela Jo Sacoman; brothers, Lucas and his wife, Betty, Alfred and his wife, Gloria, Robert and his wife, Norma, and William and his wife, Mary; sister, Selsa Rubio and husband, Arthur; grandchildren: Carlos, Stephen, Annalisa and Cheyanne and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Mr. Sacoman was a retired veteran and a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. He was a teacher for 25 years and touch the lives of many students. Smith -- Samuel David Smith, Noted Artist, Prof. Emeritus of U.N.M. and long time resident of Telluride, CO, died at the age of 81 after a short illness on Sunday, May 23, 1999 in Montrose Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his widow, Elizabeth of Telluride; two sons, Lt. Rembrandt Smith, USN of Anacortes, WA, Michelangelo Smith of Albuquerque, NM; one daughter, Cezanne Turner of Albuquerque; and five grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating Sam's life will be held later this summer at Navajo Lake, N.M. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.

Stemple -- Chandi Stemple, 61, born in Lampang, Thailand and now living in Tome, NM passed away peacefully on May 29, 1999. She was a member of the Peralta Methodist Church. Chandi was preceded in death by her mother, Quey Taoboonreung in 1989; and her sister, Dungpan in 1998. She is survived by her loving husband of 27 year, Wayne; along with her son, Jay, both of the family home in Tome; her sister, Chantip Mancewan of Lampang, Thailand. Chandi is also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Peralta. Wray -- Mary Jane, died May 29, 1999. Loving mother of Hugh and his wife, Lisa, Kristen and Matthew Plaskon and devoted daughter of Mary Fitzgerald; sister of Michael and his wife, Ardel, Edward and his wife, Margaret, Brian Fitzgerald, Esther and her husband, Howard Schnurnberger, and granddaughter, Hayden Barns. Attended Mt. Carmel School, Ridgewood, NJ, Mt. St. Vincent Academy, Tuxedo Park, NY, and Norwalk Nursing School, Norwald, CT. She was a dedicated nurse and loving and generous mother. Her sense of humor, smile, laughter, hugs and forgiving heart will be remember by all who knew her. A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at the Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming, NE, Alb, NM at 2:00 p.m. on June 1, 1999. Zwilling -- David Zwilling passed away from this life May 28, 1999, surrounded by his loved ones at home. He was born April 30, 1921 to Virginia and Daniel Zwilling in Geneva, Illinois. He attended Marion Military Institute in Alabama, following graduation, he received two Congressional Appointments. He also became a Naval Air Observer to the US Naval Academy, a submarine Scholar, then served five war patrols on the USS Guardfish. After World War II he was assigned to the USS Marlin for one year. Following his service with the USS Marlin he was then assigned to the USS Atule which made dives under the North Polar Ice Cap. After submarine duty came Navy Flight Training as a Navy Aviator and Tours in the Panama Canal Zone, he served in Norfolk, VA, US Naval Station Kwajalein, Marshall Island and then a final tour in Aviation stationed in Alameda California. Following retirement from military service, Daniel attained two Master's degrees at UNM and taught nine years for APS. Daniel also enjoyed golf, tennis, bowling, and his activities with the Elks, American Legion Post 99, Delta Sigma Pi, KAFB Officers Club and was a dedicated member of St. John's Episcopal Cathedral. He cherished his affiliation with The Brothers of St. Andrews. Daniel loved to dance and that's where he met his wife of nearly eight years, Nancy Zwilling. Daniel was preceded in death by his sister, Sara Segal. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Zwilling, his sister, Virginia Lee and husband, John Johnson of Honolulu, Hawaii; a brother, Dr. William Zwilling and his wife, Dede of Barrington, Illinois. Daniel is also survived by three sons, Daniel R. Zwilling and wife, Roz of Cairo, Nebraska, David F. Zwilling and his wife, LuAnn of Albuquerque, and Mark C. Zwilling of Dallas, Texas. Daniel is also survived by the following family members, David and Jo Artreasian, Deb Woodard, Olga and Jim Russel, Lori Russel; and seven grandkids, Nicole, Carleigh, Gina, Joel, Evan, Jackie and Jeanette. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 2, at 4:00 p.m. at St. John's Episcopal Cathedral on Silver/4th Street with Canon McDougal officiating, with Chaplain"Sandra" of Vista Care Hospice and the Submarine Veterans of New Mexico. The family would like to express their appreciation to Kathy and Wayne from the Vista Care Hospice Unit. Their kindness and loving care brought great strength and peace to the family.
