Aldridge -- Eva M. Aldridge, 53, a resident of the East Mountains area since September of 1993, formerly of Monroe, MI, passed away Monday, April 19, 1999 at her home in Moriarty. Mrs. Aldridge was born to Celia Rawlins, who passed away while giving birth to her; Eva was adopted to her uncle, Jay and aunt, Mary Rawlins of Monroe, Michigan. Eva was always very proud to be 1/ 8th Cherokee Indian. On March 9th of 1974, she married John C. Aldridge in Virginia Beach, VA, he survives her of the home. Other survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Bryan and Jill Aldridge of Rio Rancho, Jimmy Aldridge of Moriarty; two brothers, Ronnie and John Rodgers; one sister, Helen Nation; and two grandchildren, Hunter and Faithe Aldridge. Eva was preceded in death by her mother, Celia Rawlins; and one brother, Alvin Rodgers. Mrs. Aldridge will lie in state Thursday, April 22, 1999, from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m., at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty. A Funeral service to celebrate her life will be held Friday, April 23, 1999, 10:00 a.m., at the Edgewood Believers Fellowship in Edgewood, with Pastor Christine Hackett officiating. Burial will follow in the Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Presbyterian Hospice Foundation, 8300 Constitution NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Moriarty.

Archer -- Allen Douglas Archer, 48, a resident of Albuquerque since 1974, died Sunday, April 18, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Cindy Archer of Albuquerque; daughters, Kylee Tingley and Lacey Tingley, both of Albuquerque, and Jessica Hull and husband, Tom of Pittsburg, PA; son, Eric Archer of Pittsburg, PA; brothers, Ron Archer and wife, Jode of Cincinnati, OH, Jerry Archer and wife, Ellen, and Rick Archer, all of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; sister, Lori Baker and husband, Kenny of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lou Ellen and Adrian Devord Archer. Mr. Archer was a veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the D.A.V. Beach -- Father Robert"Bobby" Beach, 73, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on April 20, 1999 peacefully at home in the arms of his loving family. Father Beach is survived by his mother, Caroline Beach; two sisters, Beatrice Carrillo and husband, Ben, Dorothy Lobato and husband, Art; two brothers, Arthur Beach and wife, Odelia and Joseph C. Beach and wife, Gloria; several nieces and nephews. Father Beach was preceded in death by his father, George W. Beach. Father Beach was ordained into the Priesthood June 3, 1950. A Rosary will be recited Friday evening, 7:30 p.m., at the Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming NE, with visitation at the church after 7:00 p.m., Father Paul Baca will recite the Rosary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning, 10:00 a.m., at the Church of the Risen Savior with final visitation at the church after 9:30 a.m., Father Paul Baca, Celebrant. Chavez -- Genevieve M. (Jean) Chavez, 57, born June 21, 1941, passed away Monday, April 19, 1999. She was preceded in death by her husband Oliver Chavez; her father, Gregorio; stepfather, Transito Martinez; and her grandparents, Frank and Genevieve Chavez. She is survived by her three sons, Oliver Chavez Jr. and wife, Kim, Richard Chavez and wife, Rose, and Max Greg Chavez; two daughters, Jessie Saiz and husband, Fred, and Dolores Torrez and husband, Francisco; her mother, Dolores Martinez; three brothers, David Trujillo and wife, Pauline, Freddie Trujillo, Eddie Trujillo; two sisters, Irene and Maria; three brothers-in-law, Edward Chavez, and wife, Priscilla, Juan D. Chavez and wife, Barbara, Dennis Chavez and wife, Mary; four sisters-in-law, Lorie Aguilar and husband, Manuel, Jenny Crespen and husband, Joe, Barbara Griego and husband, Amadeo, Margaret Lopez and husband, Filo; her grandchildren, Oliver, Michael, Esperanza, Annie, Jamie, Samantha, Kasondra, Ricky, Patrick, Matthew, Carlos, Michelle and Crystal. Genevieve was an active member of the Los Ranchos Community and the Post 100. She will be greatly missed by her loving family. Corley -- 1921-1999 Gene E. Corley, 77, a resident of Belen, passed away Friday, April 19, 1999. Mr. Corley was born near Gran Quivira, New Mexico, the third of nine children, to Daniel N. and Edna Corley. While he was still a child, the family moved to Belen. He enlisted in the United States Army Air Corps., and was assigned to the South Pacific Theatre in early 1942. Gene was an early pioneer of"affordable housing" and was a well known Albuquerque home builder since 1949. He also served as a past president of the New Mexico Home Builders Association. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Vernon and Paul L. Corley; and his sister, Louise Corley. Gene is survived by his daughter, Alyce Kaye Mutter; his sons, Glenn Corley and wife, Janie, Wayne Corley and wife, Vera; his grandchildren, Joyce, Amara, Anthony, Chris, Scott, and Lance; three great-grandchildren; and his companion, Juanita Manning; his brothers, Rev. Ron and Rev. Don Corley, and Dee N. Corley; his sisters, Doris Matthews, Winona Strech, and Eveylyn Ritchie. His friends are too many to count. He always had a huge amount of fun and continued working until he was struck with cancer in August of 1998. His absence will be frequently and deeply felt by many. Visitation for Mr. Corley will be held on Thursday, April 22, 1999, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at Riverside Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held on Friday morning, April 23, 1999, 10:00 a.m., at the First Baptist Church in Belen with his brother, Rev. Don Corley officiating. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., also on Friday at Fairview Memorial Park, 700 Yale SE, in Albuquerque. Eshelman -- Charles W. Eshelman, 81, a former resident of Albuquerque for 18 years, passed away Monday, April 5, 1999 at his home in Ft. Myers, FL. He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Eshelman of Ft. Myers, FL; daughters, Sanna Obermiller and husband, John of Sanibel, FL and Jean Boatright and husband, Jim of El Paso, TX; two brothers; three sisters; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Eshelman was born in Kane, PA and lived in El Paso and Abilene, TX, Albuquerque, and most recently in Ft. Myers. He served as controller for French Mortuary for 17 years. Mr. Eshelman was an active life member of the Gideon's International and served in various state and national capacities. He was a former member of Grace Church. Fellows -- Paul Samuel Fellows of Rio Rancho, NM passed quietly from this Realm, after a brief illness Sunday, April 18, 1999. Paul was known for his quiet, gentle nature. Born in Rockport, IL, May 17, 1914 he worked as a farmer, farm equipment salesman, and Real Estate agent. He is survived by his wife, Thelma Mae Fellows; brother, Clifton; sister, Ruby; son, Garry; daughter, Barbara; and stepsons, Benjamin, Ray and Bob Porter. He had 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Viewing and funeral services will be held at Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. NE. The viewing will be from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday April 21st. The funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 22nd. Gilmer -- Rick L. Gilmer, 38, a resident of Albuquerque for 13 years, died on Monday, April 19, 1999. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Debbie Gilmer; son, Jarrod Gilmer; mother, Sharon Gilmer, all of Albuquerque; father, Doug Harmon of Bloomfield, NM; brothers, Dana Gilmer of Albuquerque and Billy Harmon of Farmington, NM; sister, Margay Erne and husband, Stuart; grandmother, Elaine"Mimi" Nickerson, all of Albuquerque; and in-laws, Waymon and Jane Wright of Farmington. Rick was an avid fisherman and a computer enthusiast. He was actively involved with youth baseball, was co-founder of the Southwest Amateur Baseball Association, and the Amateur Athletic Development. Honsal -- Jeanne R. Honsal died Saturday, February 27, 1999, in Napa, CA after a short illness. She was born in El Paso, TX, 1/23/16. Jeanne was a graduate of UNM; a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma; worked for Sandia Laboratories in Albuquerque, Las Vegas, NV, and Livermore, CA. After a forced retirement, she went to work for the Oakland Naval Supply Center and the Presidio in San Francisco. She returned to New Mexico for her 50th Class Reunion and immediately decided to move back, becoming a resident again in 1988. After her return to Albuquerque, she joined the Tanoan Country Club and was an active golfer. She was a volunteer tax preparer for the elderly, and an avid student in the study of native New Mexico history. Jeanne was preceded in death by her husbands, Harry Powell in 1974, and Dewey Honsal in 1976, as well as her brothers, John and Thomas Quebedeaux. Survived by sons, Robert G. Smith of Santa Rosa, CA and Craig E. Smith of Antioch, CA; grandchildren, Matt Smith and Allison Mullings of Santa Rosa, Jeffrey and Marcus Smith of Antioch; great-grandchildren, Annika and Xavi Mullings. Hubbard -- Longtime New Mexico resident, Leslie June Hubbard, passed away April 17, 1999 in Albuquerque. Born July 2, 1929 in Santa Fe to Mr. and Mrs. Aurthur F. Brown, June spent most of her life in Northern New Mexico. She held both Bachelors and Masters degrees in math from ENMU. She also belonged to the MENSA Society. June moved to Espanola in 1979 to teach math at Espanola Valley High, she retired in 1991. June was a devout member of the First Baptist Church of Espanola. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.G. Brown (former owner/pub."Raton Range"), Harry H. Gossett (Joplin, MO), Mrs. Margaret C. Gossett (Albuquerque); and her father, Aurthur F. Brown (Santa Fe). June is survived by her mother, Margaret"Brownie" Brown (Espanola); three sisters, Annamae Arnett (Texas), Margaret Olson (Oklahoma), Mary Fancher (Arizona); three daughters, Minnie Fuerstnau (Michigan), Mary Turner (Florida), Charlotte Marie Davis (Texas); five grandchildren, James and Michael Fuerstnau, Elaine and Thomas Davis and Shannon Turner; her best friend, Harriet"Herbie" Hehr; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and loved ones. Martin -- Robert"Bob" L. Martin Sr., 76, died Sunday, April 18, 1999. He is survived by his wife, Velma McCabe Martin of the family home; daughters, Clara June Jacobson and husband, Richard of Billings, MT, Angela Rose Wrenn of Daytona Beach, FL, and Julie Bencoe and husband, Michael of Albuquerque; son, Robert L. Martin Jr. of Albuquerque; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; sister-in-law, Genie Martin Sessum; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Martin was preceded in death by his parents, Amos E. and Sophia"Peggy" Mitchell Martin; and brother, Donald A. Martin. He graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1940 and from the University of New Mexico in 1948 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Martin served in the U.S. Navy during WWII from 1943-1946. He accepted employment with Texaco Oil Company and later became owner and manager of the Texaco Service Station at 2100 East Central Avenue until 1959. Mr. Martin worked as a wholesale distributor for Texaco in Mountainair, Tucumcari, and Pratt, KS, returning to Albuquerque in 1972. Romero -- Mary P. Romero, 92, died Monday, April 19, 1999 at her home in Albuquerque. A lifelong resident of Albuquerque, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe E. Romero; and her son, Clarence P. Romero. Survivors include her sons, Jose G. A Rosary will be held on Wednesday evening, April 21, 7:00 p.m., at the Church of the Risen Savior, 7701 Wyoming NE. Fr. Paul Baca will officiate at a Memorial Mass on Thursday morning, April 22, at 11:30 a.m., also at Risen Savior. Tredway -- Riley Vance Tredway, resident of Albuquerque since 1950, died April 18, 1999 at the age of 87. He had been residing at Albuquerque Manor Nursing Center for the past year. Mr. Tredway worked many years in the dairy product business for Slade's Foremost and Creamland Dairies. He had been retired since 1977. Mr. Tredway was a charter member of Los Altos Christian Church. He was a current member of Albuquerque Elk's Lodge #461 and a life member of the New Mexico Square Dance Association. He married Bonnie Belle Lee in April, 1937, at Mt. Pleasant, Texas. She preceded him in death in October, 1976. He is survived by his son, Stanley Tredway and his wife, Sassy of Golden, CO; two married grandchildren, Doug Tredway and his wife, Cody of Tulsa, OK and Lauren Ziebarth and her husband, Danny of Lakewood, CO; two great-grandchildren, Dakota and Dillon Tredway of Tulsa, OK; two surviving sisters, Euna Harris and Ruby Krebbs who reside in Lubbock, TX. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 21, 1999, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 22, 1999 at 10:00 a.m. in the Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary with Rev. Alan Abraham officiating. Stanley Tredway, Doug Tredway, Danny Whittaker, Don Newell, Ron Neuschwanger and Danny Ziebarth will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Sandia Memory Gardens. Vinsik -- Harriet"Jo" Vinsik, a resident of Albuquerque since 1972, went to be with the Lord, Monday, April 19, 1999 after a long illness. Since arriving in Albuquerque from London, England, Jo was a longtime member of Hoffmantown Church and most recently Fellowship Baptist Church. Mrs. Vinsik was known for her generosity and she contributed to many local and national charitable organizations. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Yeoman Master Chief Petty Officer, Raymond P. Vinsik, USN, (Ret.). Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 22, 1999 at Fellowship Baptist Church, 414 Charleston SE, with Dr. John Blue and Pastor Darrell Kepler officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Ybarra -- Frank P. Ybarra died on April 20, 1999 in Albuquerque. He was born to Francisco and Felicita Perrez Ybarra in Silver City, NM on March 5, 1913 and married Cruz Correa in Silver City on October 23, 1937. They moved to Albuquerque in 1969 where he worked as a building contractor. He was a member of Our Lady of Annunciation. He is survived by his wife, Cruz Ybarra of the family home; children, Eva Stith and husband, Michael of Albuquerque, Dora Ybarra of California, Mike Ybarra and wife, Terri of Polvadera, NM and Robert Ybarra and wife, Laura of Albuquerque; three sisters, Anna Tarin, Angie Lara and Delphie Ybarra, all of Silver City, NM; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Rosary will be recited on Thursday, April 22 at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sandia Funeral Care.
