Vigil -- DAVID MARTIN VIGIL June 3, 1969 - Aug. 28, 1993I miss you so much, son. When I answered the phone that night I had no idea how our lives would forever change. I watch it destroy your brother's life everyday. I do my best to stay in a state of denial because to accept is unbearable. It's been five years since I've touched you or heard you call me Mom. How does a parent overcome the death of their child? If only I could turn back time. I love you David. Today makes another year without you, but the pain remains fresh. Mom .DMP
